User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or share on Travylgo ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your User Content
• You must have all necessary rights to post your content
• You must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Public Content

Trips marked as "public" are visible to all users and may be cloned by others. Do not share sensitive or private information in public trips.

Intellectual Property

Travylgo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Travylgo and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

Certain features may require payment. All fees are stated in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Refunds

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our services
• That our services will meet all your requirements
• That defects will be corrected immediately

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, Firebase, payment processors). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

We are not liable for:

• Any travel arrangements, bookings, or reservations you make
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Loss or corruption of data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions of other users or third parties

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travylgo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.

Changes to Terms
